Lightread doesn't start in fullscreen mode

Bug Description
Lightread should start in fullscreen, if the application was closed in fullscreen the last time. It should also save the height and with and start with the last saved configuration.

Remember applications states such as size, fullscreen, which feed or article is being read so that Lightread opens again in this exact same state. This is part of Elementary OS HIG.

Thank you for your bug report. Confirming the issue. I believe that an application should remember its previous state thereby restoring to the exact same state as left by the user.
