Bug Description
The ring of the planets are not stable after I disable the atmosphere
(i.e. from the perspective on Saturn, the ring on the sky is not static after I disable the atmosphere)
The problem also occur on Neptune and Uranus
Tested with Stellarium 0.12.0 on Mac OSX (Intel HD graphics 4000) and Stellarium 0.12.0 x64 on Windows 7 (AMD mobility HD 4350)
