Bug Description

Actually trying to use software center. Keeps saying there is a problem offers to repair, just keeps coming back finally gave me this place to describ the problem

I apologize, but your bug report seems lacking. If possible could you please provide:

1) What steps did you go through to get this bug?

2) How reproducible is it? Does it happen every time? Once in while?

Screen shots and more error logs would be handy, too.
