Bug Description
1. Using sample data, log in as Foo bar and open http://
2. Offer to mentor a fix for that bug;
3. Mark the bug as private;
4. Open the list of bugs and blueprints foo bar offered to mentor (http://
5. Bug 5 should be listed there for people who have authorization to see it.
