Bug Description

gnome-control-center crashes when I'm trying to add an ICQ account. When I click "Add Account..." -> ICQ, gnome-control-center shows an empty window with the textline "Please enter your account details" and 2 buttons: Cancel and Done. No external webpage is loaded, just a big empty window. When I click Done, gnome-control-center crashes.

Same problem here. I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 13.04 AMD64 and used my old Ubuntu 12.10 AMD64 home partition (located on another HDD). The problem occurs when attempting to create an AIM, ICQ or Yahoo! account.

I've already tried to remove the .mission-control .config/signond .config/libaccounts-glib directories with no effect. My previously configured Facebook and Google accounts were gone afterwards however.
