Weather applet displays incorrect temperature - 18 C

If you choose a supplier forecast World Weather Online, you do not see weather and temperature for my area.
Always will be - 18 C

got the exact same on Ubuntu 12.04 -18 and no forecast was all good until 2 or 3 days ago
clearly something was changed and has upset all the settings
