Bug Description

Moving to a summary line with cursor keys and hitting `D' (for delete), deletes the original message where the summary pointer is still pointing.

This is VERY confusing, and dangerous!

The problem was that the definition of `vm-interactive-p' using fset was no good. Fixed in rev. 1478.

This fix seems to correct the summary cursor problem, but it is not clear if the new definition of `vm-interactive-p' is working properly. Moreover, it gives rise to other problems noted in Bug 1114786.
