grizzly: Fedora installation instructions need update

We link to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Getting_started_with_OpenStack_on_Fedora_17 or https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Getting_started_with_OpenStack_on_Fedora_18 which are both Folsom release instructions. To continue linking to them in the grizzly document, we should get them updated for Grizzly.

The only references I could find in either the grizzly or master branches to either of these links were in the pot file. I think these links have already been removed by another change (which in my opinion is the correct outcome)?
