Thanks for taking the time to report this. Does the crash occur reproducibly? If so it would be a big help if you could supply us with some more information to help find what caused this problem. If possible could you try and get a backtrace as described here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace after installing the appropriate debugging symbols as desribed on this page https://wiki.kubuntu.org/DebuggingProgramCrash
