Bug Description

The granite popover doesn't contain any filters and in the terminal, snap prints [_LOG_LEVEL_WARN 20:12:03.864624] [Gtk] Can't set a parent on a toplevel widget

installing gnome-video-effect solved the problem for me.
this package should become a dependency otherwise the filters button should show only if the package is installed.
