Gaim blocked when trying to talk with a friend

Binary package hint: gaim

This seems to happen with all the protocols, native jabber, Google Talk and MSN all blocked gaim when trying to talk with a buddy.

Sorry, blocked = frozen.

I have downloaded the sources from gaim package, rebuild the package without evolution integration and now it works correctly. If I reinstall another time the official package from feisty I can reproduce another time the problem. I have removed the evolution dependency because executing gaim under gdb show me a call to libebook when gaim gets frozen.

If I reinstall another time the rebuild package without evolution (backend) dependency, it works another time nicely. So it is clear there is a problem with this integration in my environment.

No, in gutsy I have not suffered this problem.
