Grabbing loose consist on bridge

Scenario....

Active train proceeding at 6 kmph on main track, and will pass under bridge with loose consist present.

As train passes under bridge, loose consist is snapped to the front coupler of the active consist...

Does not happen when speed is > 10 kmph.

Route is in development, but can provide a working copy if needed for testing...

Should be easy to replicate -- coupler for loose consist appears to be within 2-4m of lower track's centerline, and clearance is ~7m between tracks.

Correction... it does happen > 10 kmph.... single or multi with or without dispatcher view open....

I believe it is that the coupling function only checks the distance of two tdb travellers, and did not check if they are on the same track.
