I took a look at the 3 missing users and why they are not listed there, do not even know if it is still the case.
Usually patches matches users and teams automatically, if there is a path and a user that it knows about.

<email address hidden> - there is no _user_ in patches that matches this email, so it is impossible to add to the team
<email address hidden> - same here, cannot find him in patches
<email address hidden> - same, but I cannot even find him on Launchpad (at least under the team listed here)

Marking as "won't fix" since at this stage we cannot do anything.

We need to track the patches by the HiSilicon LT. The team members are listed here: https://launchpad.net/~linaro-landing-team-hisilicon. The three members above need to be added to patches so they can be tracked. All have have Linaro email addresses AFAIK. If we can we should probably track Zhang and Li's corporate email addresses as well. Usman can provide them if necessary.

Regarding the 3 users listed, if I try to search in patches the 3
email addresses, I cannot find them, like patches never received a
patch from them (at least with those emails). Same results for 2 of
them if I search only with the "name" (the part before the @ without
the dot) or with parts of the "name" (I find other users, not them).
The only one that I can find, but that is not matched to a Launchpad
user, is 'zhangfei gao' (with a gmail address and a marvell one).

I can add their email addresses in patches DB and create the users,
even if it would be better if they either login in patches, or have
patches pick them up by sending a patch (and let patches find them via
Launchpad) with the correct email address (that means the @linaro.org
one, paches has this "limitation").

unfortunately at this moment patches.l.o started returning errors visiting that page. Have to ask IT to see the logs and figure out what is happening.

Ok, looks like the problem is when I added this user:

https://launchpad.net/~sunshaojie

not sure if it is due to the fact that his name in Launchpad is written with Unicode characters.
I removed the user from the team, and the page now loads correctly.

The people left out are:
 * https://launchpad.net/~liguozhu - cannot find in patches.l.o, does not have a public email address
 * https://launchpad.net/~akira-tsukamoto - cannot find in patches.l.o, no public email address
 * https://launchpad.net/~sunshaojie - found in patches.l.o, but when I add the user into a team, patches.l.o gives error (see comments #4 and #5).

This is fine. Kenneth (ligozhu) is a senior manager at Huawei, Akira is a manager in member services. Sunshaojie is a senior engineer who doesn't do direct work for the LT, but may be a problem in the future for you. He was proposed as an assignee in the PMWG.
