Bug Description
The package proxychains is stil on version 3.1 in Ubuntu, this is also the latest version on SF, but the developer seems to not upload the latest version on SF any more. This is a little bit confusion what the latest version is. The current version is already 4.4

This version also fixes some bugs, nog all connection are proxyfied with 3.1. For ex with Remmina and SSH tunneling doesnt works correctly with 3.1 but with 4.4 it works.
Please package this version.
