"Facebook requires authorisation" but still connects

Steps to reproduce:
- Start empathy with a facebook account previously set up
- Look at top of empathy screen
- See notification that "facebook requires authorization"
- Facebook contacts still show
(if they don't at first, then turning off then on the facebook online account will show contacts and sometimes shows authorisation notification)
