The trigger for this bug was a notification icon highlighting a crash and crash reporting dialog during a system update relating to mysql which took me to this page after sending a crash report. Unable to tell for sure if this is a duplicate. Please mark as duplicate/nofix etc if useless. The bugs.launchpad web page claims an attachment will be added automatically.
