Bug Description

If https://review.openstack.org/#/c/20449/ is merged, a new config option is added to nova:

63 cfg.StrOpt('xenapi_image_upload_handler',
   64 default='nova.virt.xenapi.imageupload.glance.GlanceStore',
   65 help='Object Store Driver used to handle image uploads.'),

The configuration references and sample configs need to be updated
