utils.avgNumInteractions() is not appropriate for clumped particles

Bug Description

utils.avgNumInteractions() should be adapted also for clumped particles. The current implementation only applies to spherical particles. The same definition should be used but the variables N, N_0 and N_1 in [1] should consider clumps as single entities.
