[Outlook plugin] v7.0 plugin doesn't work in v7.0 database (plugin not detected by outlook)

Bug Description

1. from apps, search for outlook and install the outlook plugin
2. In Sales, install the outlook plugin
3. open outlook: you don't see the OpenERP tab

version 6.1 plugin works fine with V7 though

Faced the same problem because I have seen that outlook plugin windows installer(.msi) file size has been reduced to 300kb, It should be 900kb because of this reason file might be corrupted.
