Extra blank lines in Technical description>Changes

Bug Description

There are several extra lines at the end of the text in Technical description>Changes. In some cases, this means there is a needless scrollbar.

Also, I think it would be nicer if there weren't the extra line before and after the version number (this is most visible in changelogs with multiple version numbers such as a major merge from Debian).

Perhaps this is a server-side problem? It still should be possible for the client to filter out these lines.
