Bug Description

Relevant review: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/19787/

Unit tests failed unexpectedly on patchset 6, but I verified it was a valid failure. So, I marked the change as Work in Progress, and then went to compare against patchset 5, and was greeted by list of Version History options being duplicated twice:

Refreshing the page resulted in the dropdown being populated correctly.

This might be a local bug considering WIP is a local modification to gerrit.

Will probably not apply anymore once we upgrade to gerrit 2.8. There is a new implementation of work in progress, the WIP plugin.

Issue is no longer valid. We upgraded gerrit 2.8 and are using abel to indicate WIP.
