Bug Description

A feature request:
ParMETIS has been released with version 4.0.2 in 2011, cf. http://glaros.dtc.umn.edu/gkhome/metis/parmetis/download. An update of the Ubuntu/Debian package would be appreciated.

Looks like version 4.0.3-3 has been packaged in Debian experimental [1]. I don't know how stable that package is, and whether it would be fit for synching though.

parmetis 4.0.3-4 is available in Ubuntu 15.10 and later releases, so I believe this can be marked fixed.
