Bug Description
To dupe
1) click on a service in the environment view
2) from the service menu click "start a relation"
WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
The yellow line to connect the services should start from the service to your mouse pointer
WHAT DOES HAPPEN:
The yellow line goes from the left side of the browser to the service
