1. this.array[x] points at object
2. delete(this.array[x]); OR this.array[x] = null;
3. after any further useraction (eg. clicking an Link, switching to another aktive Window, etc.) firefox crashes

Can you also attach the crash report in /var/crash or obtain a backtrace by following the directions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs

I do not see this running Feisty at this time. I have formulated several tests regarding this and other things, and I consistently do not see the claimed behavior.
