Evolution cannot add MAPI account

I'm trying to configure MAPI account. After hitting "Apply" button there is no new account.

This happened to me also. I tried a couple of times.
Then I logged out and back again and discovered that there were 3 accounts!

I had however made one mistake which prevented it from working correctly,
I must write the domain name in uppercase.
