pdf-export using the --export-area-drawing option

Hi,

I'm using inkscape on the command line to convert *.svg-files to *.pdf-files for later inclusion in LaTeX.
For this I use the --export-area-drawing option to get a pdf with a bounding box that fits around all drawn elements.
As I like the new snapping features I usually use the nightly builds.
pdf-output worked as expected until r11604, but all releases newer than r11738 output always a pdf-file with the size of the complete drawing area. However there are some intermediate releases between r11656 and r11698 that crash with the same command line options.

I have attached a simple svg-file that allows to reproduce the problem and the generated pdf-files from some different nightly-builds.

Command line was:
C:\Programme\Inkscape\rXXXXX\inkscape.exe --export-pdf rectangle_XXXXX.pdf --export-area-drawing --export-area-snap rectangle.svg

Crash tracked in bug #1059132, introduced in r11654 and fixed in r11718 - however, r11718 and later revisions fail to honor the command line options for the export area (reproduced on OS X 10.7.5), and always export the page area on the command line.

The same option works ok with the GUI until r12267, which broke the option in the GUI (probably while attempting to fix this one).
