Bug Description
Everytime, or in any computer gives me timeout error when I use rosetta to review and create translations, in my area.
I acknowledge that the servers would be located in Europe or US so timeouts wouldn't be surprising in Asian countries. However, it usually gives 3-4 time-out errors to create a page of translation, and it is really frustrating.
And the more thing is that it seems to get worse, compared to 2010 or 2011 when I first started to use Rosetta.
