Bug Description
When wxBanker next starts up, it tries to find the sourceAccount and crashes with an IndexError.
We should handle this for any existing cases of this by catching the IndexError and setting sourceAccount to None (or a migration), and we should also handle this in account deletion to have clean data in the future.

The error occurs when exporting to. Csv and only if €, Ä, ä, Ö, ö, Ü, ü or ß occurs. My default language is German in Ubuntu. When I enter the Transfer translated automatically with Ü. (Transfer=
