Please sync ebook-speaker 2.3.2-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

Apart from what is written in the Debian changelog, the new upstream version
adds support for a lot of different sources, which I believe are a gain for the
users of this package.

Changelog entries since current raring version 2.0-3:

  * Remove DM-Upload-Allowed field, Paul is a DD now.
