Bug Description

Ubuntu System Settings are back to Normal and there aren't appropriated by user, after restart/start the computer. Examples, after restart/start the computer:

1. Wireless Network is activated, but not connected and disabled when It startup desktop without turned OFF wireless hardware switch. Besides, Networking is Enabled. And I want to connected wireless directly without regulated wireless network setting.
2. Brightness is back to 100% after restart/start and I want to set 0%
3. User Accounts Automatic Login is switched OFF after restart/start & I want to set it ON.
4. Airplane Mode is switched back ON again after restart/start computer and after set it OFF. And I want to stay set it OFF without changes

All above Ubuntu settings in the system, I want a user-defined settings, not factory settings after restart/start Ubuntu Computer.
