When I connect to the host machine and do adb shell ... ls . I get flooded with the message configured as A device timeout

I figured out this is due to the runtime PM patches.I removed the runtime PM patches its work fine.
Dig into more to find the actual problem

Moving the Vbus enable function call from to workqueue

This commit is also not present in the mainline.

Once removed it started working
