All errors should include some position independent information.

Errors like

W9011: 12,0: Blank line contains whitespace
W9402: 32,0: The first letter of comment should be capitalized
W9013: 28,0: Expected 3 blank lines, found 2

only give the line where they occur. When trying to compare the results
of different versions, this isn't enough to corelate errors, since the line
numbers will have changed, or code may have been moved around.

Adding the class and method where they occur (or between which it occurs)
would allow some hope of correlating errors.
