Bug Description

In the GNOME keyboard layout pane, I can choose to set a "compose" key that allows me to type special characters.

In fact you can't set anything from list in the attached screenshot, while some of the shortcuts (e.g. the one for changing keyboard layouts) are essential.

I'll create a new notebook page for this, since there isn't enough space in the "Layout" page, and I don't like G-C-C's window.
