Bug Description

There should be a way to sort contacts by status. I mean online first, then offline. Now there seems to be an option in gconf - sort_criterium. It's set to "state" by default but still contacts are sorted alphabetically.

This is not a duplicate of #526735. This is regression from the previous version which used to allow sorting by status.

#526735 is an enhancement to support more sorting criteria, such as the IM network they're using. #526735 involves more work than this, so they should not be confused with each other.
