1. go to eg Sales => Sales => Customers
2. go to the internal notes tab

Hello,
The problem comes due to web-client, So this one and lp:1097636 even problem appears on different menu.
But both will be fix from web client. That's why I am making this as a duplicate of lp:1097636.
