bcmwl-kernel-source 5.100.82.38+bdcom-0ubuntu6.1: bcmwl kernel module failed to build after upgrading to backported quantal kernel (3.5)

Upgraded precise to backported quantal kernel. Installation warned that bcmwl modules is not built successfully which boot confirmes - no wlan after boot using kernel:
