Bug Description
Now that reorder items works for editing a quiz, it appears the the option to delete an item is no longer visible.

The option is visible. What's happening is that when you insert an image in a question and use, say, 500px for its width, the whole page container gets wider when you're visiting the quiz. And the page container has a css rule to scroll instead of expand. You'll see a horizontal scroll bar under the "Deployments of this quiz" table.
I was thinking of setting the width explicitly for the Body column and make the cell to trim the display of wider images (I haven't checked if it's actually possible :D)
