1.1.3 fails to load the current keydata

1.1.3-1ubuntu3, 1.1.3-1, and 1.1.3 (running on precise) fail to load the current keydump data from http://ftp.prato.linux.it/pub/keyring/dump-latest/

At some point after loading the first 450000 keys, it gets into a futex lock wait that never finishes.

1.1.4 does not experience this issue.
