Please remove python-django-evolution:

 - Out of date
 - Deprecated schema migration tool (use python-django-south instead)
 - Sole rdep of reviewboard (removed in March 2011)
 - Experimental only

reverse-depends -b python-django-evolution does report a reverse build dependency on python-django-evolution, but this is satisfied by the binary provided by the django-evolution source package available in both Debian and Ubuntu.
