clock applet's integration with EDS is slightly off

Bug Description

If I have an "All day appointment" on December 20th, the drop down in the clock
applet shows it for the 19th.

i.e for all my all day appoitments, the clock always shows them the day before.

are you using warty or hoary ? which locale are you using ?

dist=hoary
locale=nothing special (i.e. US english, I believe)

calendar applet and full day events

yes, this is currently how full day events appear to me. As you can see I get
2 days of weather in one day, b/c of the full day problem.
