Option to hide running applications

One missing feature is to hide running applications. This is useful if I am running a second dock and only want to use it as a launcher. Attached is a patch that adds this.

2 thoughts:

1) I'm not sure I like the name 'PinnedOnly' but I'm struggling to suggest an alternative

2) Would this be better suited as a command-line argument instead of a conf file setting? Functionally the two are the same, what differs is you can keep your configs the same and just toggle (via CLI) this setting when you launch Plank. I suppose this question goes for other (existing) settings as well...

@robert: I don't think introducing command-line options for such behavior changes are useful. This is clearly a preference option imo and it is a graphical application which will gain a small config-tool after all to tweak such things in a more comfortable way.

I tried to patch with your diff file but I didn't find the lib/DockItems.vala file.
Is that another file which has to be patched?
