Bug Description

The ubuntone music store plugin in Rhythmbox needs updating as you can't seem to add a new card to the system with a start date after 2012.

When you try and add a new card on the 'payment details' screen, the drop down list for the start dates only goes to 2012. Now that its 2013 this needs to be updated.

Hi Morrissey thank you for adding this. Pretty soon the Rhythmbox music player option will be removed which will have the side effect of taking care of this problem.
