Please sync byzanz 0.3.0+git20130319-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main) and remove it from the blacklist

The package has a new maintainer, has been thoroughly tested and is stable. It is currently on the sync blacklist for being of a set of "obsolete GNOME panel applets which have not been ported to GNOME 3," but this is no longer the case for byzanz. It builds properly in a local amd64 trusty pbuilder.

Please sync the latest version of byzanz, 0.3.0+git20140123-1, from Debian unstable. The blacklist reason does no longer exist since the obsolete GNOME 2 panel applet was disabled. Now Byzanz is only a command line tool.
