Bug Description
On every start, Noise asks to relocate music folder.
When selecting folder, no music is found.
BUT, when I go to the music folder that is selected in files and click an mp3, it will play in Noise but will not add to library.
(gdb) run -d
Starting program: /usr/bin/noise -d

I am not fond too fond of the way this was retitled. Keep in mind this happens at every launch. I tried another album of mp3's and no juice. I believe this is more broad than the music folder not scanning, but an issue with the whole media library. Importing wont work, nothing. :c
