libsnmp-base fails updating to feisty fawn

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libsnmp-base

I've installed custom mibs into /usr/share/snmp/mibs .
The upgrade don't work because the /usr/share/snmp/mibs can't be removed because there are still files in it (my custom mibs)

The workaround is to eliminate or move the folder manuelly und then run
apt-get remove libsnmp-base
and then
apt-get install libsnmp-base

I got it to upgrade by switching back to bash

sudo dpkg-reconfigure dash
And select 'no'
