Bug Description

Just installed 13.04, attempted to add my Jabber account via Online Accounts UI in Gnome Control Center. Upon clicking "Done" after typing my credentials, nothing happens.

The dbus monitor states that the CreateAccount method was invoked:
method call sender=:1.102 -> dest=org.freedesktop.Telepathy.AccountManager serial=63 path=/org/freedesktop/Telepathy/AccountManager; interface=org.freedesktop.Telepathy.AccountManager; member=CreateAccount
   string "gabble"
   string "jabber"
   string "<email address hidden>"
   array [
      dict entry(
         string "account"
         variant string "<email address hidden>"
      )
   ]
   array [
      dict entry(
         string "org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Account.Interface.Storage.StorageProvider"
         variant string "im.telepathy.Account.Storage.UOA"
      )
      dict entry(
         string "org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Account.Icon"
         variant string "jabber"
      )
   ]

I was not able to get the method to actually return.

I had to restart to get it working but upon restart apport notified me that signond has crashed prior to reboot which may or may not be related.
