Build script for 12.12 vexpress release is outdated

In the Linaro 12.12 Android release page for vexpress, the build script is outdated (it builds the 12.11 release).

The build script isn't outdated. The newer builds planned initially for Linaro 12.12 release haven't passed QA testing.
As a result, for Linaro 12.12 release, we re-published the Versatile Express released for 12.11.

In fact, the pinned manifest is also outdated.
It is identical to the 12.11 release:
