Bug Description
well the title bar on xubuntu 12.10 isn't showing. I have tried this with compositioning on and off and it doesn't seem to work. This is a fresh install straight from the ravefinity ppa, version 12.04-0~5. I have attached an image, if I need to provide something just let me know.

p.s. there is also an issue when using this gtk3 theme via gksu apps like synaptic.
