PDF export adds line to form rectangle

Bug Description

Three a line drawn in the shape of three sides of a rectangle produces a complete (4-sided) rectangle when saved as PDF.

Inkscape file attached. I have PDF output and a screen shot, but this bug reporting tool appears to limit me to one attachment.
