Can't install using web-vcs.el - fails to download a file

According to the instructions at http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/?action=browse;oldid=NxhtmlMode;id=nXhtml

Using http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~nxhtml/nxhtml/main/annotate/head%3A/web-vcs.el

After eval'ing it and running M-x web-vcs-nxhtml, a lot of files are downloaded, until it fails with:

Download failed: HTTP 200, "http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~nxhtml/nxhtml/main/download/lennart.borgman%40gmail.com-20111102232347-twm9d9qb4dndiyb2/bug885465.html.erb-20111102232331-w51daf1396318y46-3/bug885465.html.erb"

Installation is then aborted and I'm asked to "retry what I did before."

(M-x nxhtml-report-bug is not available at this point.)
